Whether you want to take your first steps in the mountains, want to gauge your fitness level for hiking or learn more about being prepared for hitting the trails, and planning your own tours, join Ceri Temple (fully certified mountain hiking guide) for the Ready, Steady, Hike tours this summer.
Each day hike we will walk and talk about the essentials of hiking in the Alps- from maps to gear, safety, self-assessment (fitness and technique) and the basics to organise your own hikes.
The main meeting point will be the train station at the base of each hike. We will set up a Whatsapp group so that you can coordinate train travel from Munich Central Station together (details below).
The Ready, Steady, Hike series is easy-medium level trails- building up fitness and technique as we go. The hikes are suitable for all people with a basic fitness level, taking their first mountain tours.
